Williams Hunt in Cape Town, Western Cape - Vehicle was not properly serviced

My vehicle was booked in at Williams Hunt Port Elizabeth for a 105000 service on 04/11/2011.I told the service advisor,Kim Behr, that the AC is not working.By 3 o' clock the afternoon I phoned and reminded her about the ac.I could clearly hear she had forgotten about it even though it was written on the job card.I was phoned and told by her that it only needs to be re-gassed.Well a week later and the ac is not working.This is definitely not my first encounter with poor service from them.
